1 to 1 coaching has been built with you in mind. The sessions are designed based on your goals and needs. Everyone is unique and everybody's lives are different, that's why a personalised approach can be more effective when looking at behaviour change and creating new habits. 

WHAT LENGTH OF COACHING IS RIGHT FOR YOU

There is no straight forward answer. It depends. It depends on your goals, what you need help with, your current level of nutrition knowledge and the amount of support and accountability you need. 

5-week coaching

The 5-week coaching is a good starting point if you want to get to know your current habits, behaviours and patterns. It will give you a good understanding of your current diet (including calorie and macronutrients intake), sleep, stress, hydration, mood and if and how they all either support or hinder your progress and your goals. After 1-hour coaching session when we discuss the findings and create an action plan for you to work on for 4-weeks, you're on your own. There are weekly check-ins via message but no more coaching calls, only a check in session at the end of the programme to answer any questions and check your progress. Therefore, this programme is good for self-motivated clients who, once they know what they need to work on, don't need ongoing support or accountability. 

12-week coaching

If, however more support and accountability is what you're after than I recommend the 12-week coaching program. During the course of the 12 weeks we will work closely together and make sure that you have all the tools and knowledge that you need in order to achieve your goals. With weekly coaching calls and message support we will know what works and what may need adjusting and we will tackle any obstacles and challenges that might come your way. At the end of the program you'll have some new healthy habits, you'll feel empowered and more in control.

12-months coaching

The 12-months program is designed for obese and severely obese women who need a little extra time and support to create better habits, improve their relationship with food, work on the mindset as they move closer to the person that they want to become. The identity change can be scary so going through the process with a coach can be really beneficial. Healthy and sustainable fat loss requires time and effort. Just like it didn't take you a day, a week or even a month to get to where you are now, it won't take you a day, a week or a month to get where you want to get. However, from day one you can start making small changes that will have a significant impact on the rest of your life. 

(Em)Power Hour

The (Em)Power Hour is exactly what you think it is. It's an hour coaching call that will be spent on answering any questions, brainstorming ideas to help you move forward and closer to your goals. It will leave you feeling empowered. This is for you if you need some questions answered or that extra push.
