Program overview:

Following a thorough review of your current eating and lifestyle habits, and an in depth discussion of the findings we will go onto creating an action plan for you to take away and work through for the next 4 weeks. 

As you work through the actions I will check in with you weekly via message and answer any questions you might have, to make sure you're moving towards your goals. In our last session we will discuss your progress and make sure you have all the tools that you need to continue on your journey.


If you are looking for accountability and motivational support for health and weight loss, then I recommend the 12-week or 12-month coaching.

What's covered in the program:

  • 30-minute consultation to discuss the program and step by step breakdown

  • 7-day food and lifestyle diary analysis (including calories, macro-nutrient split, hydration, sleep, stress, mood and activity)

  • 1 hour coaching session over ZOOM following the diary analysis to discuss findings

  • Tips and suggestions for healthier alternatives

  • Action plan to take away

  • 20-minute follow up session over ZOOM to check your progress

  • Weekly check-ins via message during the course of the program
