This will depend on many factors - do you want a personalised 1 to 1 coaching that focuses on your individual goals and needs or are you after group coaching and a community of like-minded women with whom you can learn and discover what works for you? It will also depend on when you would like to start your journey - the group coaching runs a couple of times a year whereas you can start the 1 to 1 coaching whenever you're ready.
