Salted Caramel Chocolate Balls

To make about 40 of these yummy energy balls you will need:

  • 2 cups Medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 cup crushed nuts - pecans, roasted hazelnuts, almonds

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 2 Tbsp Maca powder

  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (70%)



Add the above ingredients, without the chocolate chips, to a food processor and mix well together. Next, add the chocolate chips and mix by hand.
Now, get rolling! If the mixture is too thick add a couple of tablespoons of water.

Put in a lidded container and place in a freezer for 2 hours. You can eat these straight from the freezer or keep them in the fridge if you prefer them a bit softer.
