Managing your stress is just as important as healthy nutrition and a good night's sleep
THIS WORKSHOP WILL PUT YOUR MIND AT EASE
Stress can affect many aspects of your life including your diet, sleep, mood, your relationships with others and productivity at work.
Stress isn't all bad, and it is necessary for survival. It can protect us from danger and prepare us to fight or flee. Once the danger is gone the stress levels go down and everything is back to normal again. Stress becomes a problem when it runs in the background and doesn't stop. Chronic stress is quite common in today's busy and hectic world with so much to juggle in day-to-day lives.
The aim of this workshop is to help you put all of the worries and stressors out of your head and down on paper and take some of the load off of you. You will discover what your current stress level is (sometimes we don't realise that we're stressed until we get physically or mentally ill), we will look into what's in your control and what you can change to release the stress. We will also find the ways to help you relax and you will have a plan of action that will make you feel prepared and more in control.
