Red Kidney Bean and Orange Cake


  • 1 can of red kidney beans

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • Orange peel from 1 orange

  • 140g prunes, cut into cubes


Heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place all ingredients, besides prunes, in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Add prunes and mix well with a spoon. Transfer the brownie mix in a cake tin (20x20cm) lined with a baking paper and bake for 40 minutes. Yum!
