Vegan Strawberry Dessert


  • 150g dairy free coconut yogurt

  • 200g strawberries

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp chia seed



Mash the strawberries with a fork, add the chia seeds and maple syrup and mix well together. Put it in a fridge for 20 minutes until the mixture has thickened. Now layer it starting with half a mixture of yogurt followed by half a mixture of strawberry jam. Repeat once again. Sprinkle some coconut flakes or desiccated coconut on top.
