Bean Burgers
Ingredients:

2 cans (400g) kidney beans

1/2 red onion
-
100g of breadcrumbs

Chopped parsley
-
2 tsp chilli powder or 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
-
1 large egg
-
Olive oil for frying

For the dressing:
​

200g of natural yogurt
-
Juice from 1 lime
-
Fresh mint
​
Method:
Mash the beans with a fork or a potato masher then add all other ingredients and mix well together. This recipe will make 6 burgers out of the mix.
Fry the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
Serve with some salad and drizzle with the dressing.​
