Stress, when not managed can have a significant impact on our lives. It can not only affect our physical and mental health but it can also damage our relationships, productivity, creativity and overall enjoyment of life.
In this workshop you will learn:
What your stress sources are
How stressed you really are by completing a short questionnaire
How stress affects you personally and what your coping mechanisms are
How you currently react to stressful situations and how those can be managed better
The session will take around 2 hours. Prior to the session you will receive a Stress Management Workbook which we will complete together in the session.
This session will give you some clarity and will empower you to make changes. You will have some actionable steps to take away, to help lower your stress levels and feel more in control.
