Three Way Green Smoothie

Option 1:

  • 1 big handful of spinach

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 apple

  • 1 Tbsp flaxseeds

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Water


Option 2:

  • 1 big handful of spinach

  • Half a mango

  • 1 apple

  • 1 Tbsp flaxseeds

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Water


Option 3:

  • 1 big handful of spinach

  • Half an avocado

  • 1 apple

  • 1 Tbsp flaxseeds

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Water

Pick one, simply blend in a blender and enjoy!
