Quick Vegan Overnight Oats

If you don't have much time to prepare your breakfast for tomorrow this is a perfect recipe for you!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 50-60g oats

  • 200ml plant based milk

  • Blueberries, handful

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method:

Mash the banana with a fork, add the oats and cinnamon and mix well together. Next, add the milk and mix again until the oats soak up the milk. Place in a container and top with some fresh fruit. Put a lid on and place in a fridge overnight.
