Protein Smoothie

​Ingredients:

  • Handful of frozen mango

  • Half a frozen banana 

  • Handful of frozen blueberries 

  • 1 scoop of strawberry protein powder 

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter 

  • 2 cups of plant based milk

​

Method:

Blend everything together in a blender and enjoy cold.
