Peanut Butter Fudge


  • 280g natural peanut butter jar

  • 4 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 Tbsp cacao nibs


Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan, add the maple syrup and salt. Next, add the jar of the coconut and peanut butter and stir until all mixed together. Put it in a tin lined with a baking paper, sprinkle the cacao nibs and put in a freezer for 30-40 minutes to set. Cut it into squares.
