Nutty Energy Balls

Ingredients for about 20 balls:

  • 1 cup of almonds (or other nuts), crushed

  • 2 cups of pitted Medjool dates

  • 3 Tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 4 Tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp flaxseeds

  • 2 Tbsp peanut or almond butter

  • 2 Tbsp water

 

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend for a minute. The mix should stick when pressed with two fingers. You may need to add a little bit more water if the mix is too dry and doesn't stick well. Put in the freezer for 2 hours. You can store these in a fridge or freezer in a airtight container.
