Vegan Mango and Chia Pot

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup plant based milk

  • Mixed seeds to garnish

 

Method:

Mash the mango with a fork. In a separate bowl add the chia seeds and milk. Stir well together and put in a fridge for half an hour. Once the seeds have changed their texture to a thick jelly add it to your mango. Keep in the fridge for about 4 hours for it to thicken a bit more. Sprinkle with mix seeds.
