Guilt Free Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:

1 1/2 ripe banana, mashed

2 heaped Tbsp almond butter

1 egg

4 Medjool dates (chopped)

2 Tbsp melted coconut oil

5 Tbsp maple syrup
-
1/2 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt
-
1 tsp cinnamon
-
1/2 cup almond flour
-
2 Tbsp cacao powder
-
1/4 cup 70% chocolate chips (optional)
Method:
Mix everything together until all the ingredients are well combined. Warm up the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Line a flat tray with a lightly greased baking paper. Using a tablespoon place the mix on the baking paper - 1 heaped tbsp = 1 cookie. The mix should give you about 16 cookies. Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Once ready take them out and let it cool.
