Chilli Avocado Sourdough Toast
Ingredients:

2 slices of rye sourdough bread

1 ripe avocado

Juice of 1/4 lemon

Pink Himalayan salt
-
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
​
Method:
Start by toasting the bread. In the meantime mash one avocado, add a drizzle of lemon juice, a pinch of pink Himalayan salt and a sprinkle of dried chilli flakes and mix well together.
Spread the avocado on toast and enjoy! Quick, simple and delicious!
