Programme overview:

All change comes with awareness. During the course of 14 days you will receive forms, questionnaires and actions for you to complete and analyse. All you need to do is commit to max 30 minutes a day to complete the daily tasks. These will help you understand what actions and mindset has led you to where you are now and what changes you can make to start your journey to healthier you.

There is also a 30-minute consultation included in the programme to give you an opportunity to ask any questions and make sure you get the most out of the programme.
