Prawn Stir Fry


  • 250g king prawns

  • 160g broccoli florets

  • 1 cup edamame beans

  • 1 red onion, sliced

  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped

  • 2 cups green cabbage, chopped

  • 300g rice noodles, cooked

  • Drizzle of soya sauce

  • 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil


Melt the coconut oil on a medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until the onion is soft. Add the broccoli florets, edamame beans and green cabbage and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Next add the prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Finally, add the rice noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes before adding the soya sauce.
