I want you to stop blaming yourself for your past failures - you lost weight but put it back on, you promised yourself that no more sugar but you ended up binging on the weekend, you started "Couch to 5k" but gave up after a couple of weeks. IT'S NOT YOU! THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU!

You don't have strong systems in place, that's all. You set yourself goals but that's all. This never works. Let me show you the way to set goals and put processes in place that will help you achieve your goals. We will do it together. I've got you!
