Apple and Cinnamon
Millet Groats
Ingredients:

125g millet groats
-
Apple, peeled and chopped into cubes

1 Tbsp Maple syrup
-
1 tsp cinnamon
-
2 Tbsp pecans, chopped
-
1 Tbsp Paleo granola
-
1 Tbsp coconut oil

Method:

Add the millet groats to a pan with boiling water and boil as per cooking instructions on the pack.

Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan on a medium heat.

Add the apple and cover. Braise for about 7 minutes and add the cinnamon and Maple syrup. Mix it well and cover for further 3 minutes.

Once all is cooked, place all the ingredients in a bowl and add the pecans and the granola.

Enjoy while still warm.
