Banana Pancakes
Ingredients for 10 pancakes:

3 ripe bananas
-
2 medium eggs
-
1/2 cup of oats
-
1 Tbsp of flaxseeds
-
1 Tbsp of chia seeds
-
2 Tbsp of crushed nuts
Method:
Mash the bananas with a fork in a medium bowl then add the eggs and mix well to combine. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again.
Melt the coconut oil in a frying pan and add the pancake mix using a tablespoon.
Serve with a yogurt and some fruit.
